WordPress has many free themes for websites but you will soon find out you get what you paid for on those type of themes, which since they are free is not much and unless you have html knowledge you likely will not be able to do much with them.

Joomla websites are also free to the public, but templates that are free also do not come with any enhanced features, slide shows, galleries, or template design.
